Street Disclosure Corporation is an advisory asset supporting the enterprise’s CFO or its audit committee. Our focus is the financial reporting issues & strategies of US and globally listed companies subject to SEC reporting rules. We are the client’s advocate and work directly with their team, supporting its objectives.

We differ substantially from an enterprise’s auditors, who are the shareholder’s advocate. They are governed by strict independence laws & rules that preclude any involvement in management’s decision making, to assure the integrity of their role of attestation (e.g. Article 2 of Regulation S-X).

Our expertise is proprietary and culled from twenty years of diverse experience practicing as an advisor, working on staff of the SEC’s Chief Accountant, as a CPA with Big 4 auditing and as Managing Director of Finance for a merchant energy firm reporting publicly under IFRS.

Our approach emphasizes investigation and understanding of the economics driving business transactions and the movement of variables such as risk, benefit, obligation and cash within those economics.

The end solutions are constructed of a firm GAAP/IFRS architecture that provides for transparent investor information and informed investor decisions. We build consensus and win Board, auditor & SEC approval.

The corporation employs one executive advisor. References to the plurals “we” and “our” refer to the corporate entity and should not be interpreted as implying a larger professional staff.
